About the Authors Dr. Sapna Dinesh is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Resource Management and Design (Home Science) at Mount Carmel College, Autonomous, Bengaluru which is affiliated to Bangalore City University. She pursued her Ph.D. and M.Phil. from Mother Teresa Women’s University and Masters from Avinashilingham Institute for Home Science and Higher Education. She also has completed Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture and Interior design and several other courses on design software and ergonomics. She has 10 years of teaching and research experience. Her areas of research include Sustainable Interior Design, Ergonomics, Entrepreneurship, Consumerism and Lifestyle management. She has authored and edited three books along with 20 publications in National peer reviewed journals as articles, proceedings and book chapters. Dr. Dinesh has also developed stress assessment tools for various age groups and a hand book of coping strategies to manage stress for children and parents as intervention program. Dr. Sundaravalli A is currently working as an Associate Professor in Food Science and Nutrition (Home Science) at Mount Carmel College, Autonomous, Bengaluru which is affiliated to Bangalore City University.
