About the Editors Dr. M. Hilaria Soundari is a Professor and Head, Department of Applied Research, Director of the Centre for Sustainable Development, and Nodal Officer for Institutional Online Courses at The Gandhigram Rural Institute - Deemed to be University (GRI - DTBU), Tamil Nadu. She has guided 12 PhD and 24 MPhil scholars. Dr. Jeyabaskaran S is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rural Development Science at Arul Anandar College, Madurai. He holds a Master's degree in Social Work and Philosophy from the University of Madras and earned his PhD from Gandhigram Rural Institute, which emerged as an extension of his deep grassroots involvement. Ambrose Christy has completed his Bachelors in law, Master's in Human Rights, PG diploma in Personnel Management, International certificates in development studies, project management conflict resolution and peacebuilding. He is a result-driven consultant, residing in Chennai, with expertise in strategic planning, programme designing, data-analysis, monitoring and evaluation. S.Arul Sudha belongs to the Congregation of the Sisters of the Cross of Chavanod. She has completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Loyola College, Chennai. At present, she serves as the Director of DEEPAM (Dynamic Education and Empowerment Promoting Agency for Marginalized), working to empower vulnerable communities through education and sustainable initiatives at Vathalagundu.
