About the book
Mrignayani Nayar feels certain emptiness in life despite having it all: drop dead gorgeous looks, a flourishing career, a luxurious life, a supportive family and a steady pattern of a relationship with a billionaire fiancé. Bali, a past life regressor, walks into her life claiming to have met her for a reason, pre-destined as it was. He slowly helps her unravel the mystery of her life. She begins to ask questions and simultaneously her life undergoes a sea-change in a matter of days. She ends her relationship with Yashasvi and ponders about deeper questions as her Ammumma enlightens her with age-old stories from scriptures, the Panch-kanyas, Sheelavathi. Questions and answers rain concomitantly in her life. And, then she dreams a hyper-real dream which changes everything. Thus enters the man from the virtual world, Vikramaditya into her life and both their lives entwine faster than they could comprehend. Does she do the right thing? Does she find answers to her questions? Is the moon, the crystal ball she had always thought it to be? Will the magic of virtual world hold true in the real world? Is true love a mirage or is it an oasis in the arid nothingness of life? And, is love transcendent, beyond lives and time after all?
Author Bio:
Deveika Menon finds moments of nirvana in her trips to the hills. In between she finds time to engage in her passion. At six, she penned her first poem about birds, inspired by a song Una Paloma Blanca. Born to a father who was an entrepreneur and a writer, and to a mother who was known for her artistic skills, she didn’t have to do much; the genes did it all. She enjoyed moments as a moderator in a social networking site and also engaged in the world of blogdom, before preparing to pen a few manuscripts.
