This books talks of a group of students who graduated from one of the oldest and premier Engineering Institute of India, College of Engineering, Pune. The students who are the central characters of this book created deep impressions in the mind of Prof. Mukhopadhyay. He believes in Love oriented teaching and he is always against the concept of fear oriented teaching. All the characters of this book were closely associated with the author during the span of their graduation. Even most of them are in touch with him after their graduation also. To protect the identity of each character the original names are changed. This book is the outcome of author’s thirty years of experience in the field of teaching. In some of the chapters author wrote about two students. The book is filled with author's lifetime experience about the students' psychology and philosophy. It is highlighted that students' community is the most innocent and neglected community in our country. Love for the students is the prerequisite to be a faculty. In Indian scenario the teachers are not very much approachable .This needs a change. All the incidents portrayed in this book are the real life experience of the author. They are portrayed in a lucid manner. The mission of the author is to spread his feelings about the students' of College of Engineering, Pune to each corner of the globe.
