About the Authors Dr. Karthik, M Com., M.Phil., MBA, Ph.D., PGDCA, SET, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education (Deemed to be University), Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. He has 19 years of teaching experience and 11 years of research experience. He has successfully produced 3 Ph.D. graduates and is currently guiding 4 Ph.D. scholars. He has received one funded minor research project from ICSSR, New Delhi. He has authored 8 textbooks, both individually and jointly. Dr. Karthik has published 50 research papers in national and international journals, including those indexed in Scopus and listed in UGC CARE. Dr. Jobi Babu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, Marian College Kuttikkanam, Autonomous, Kerala. He has more than a decade of teaching experience in Social Work. He is a postgraduate in Social Work, Sociology and Public Administration. He holds UGC NET and JRF in Social Work and NET in Sociology. He has authored 13 books and more than 80 articles published in reputed journals and edited books. Prof. Dr. Binu Thomas is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and Professor of Computer Science with over 25 years of experience in higher education, teaching, administration, and institutional quality enhancement.
