Policing in the Bible with Special Reference to People in Authority and Christian Ministry

People in Authority: With Special Reference to Police in the Bible and Christian Ministry by C.P. Thomas explores the complex relationship between law enforcement and Christian principles of compassion and justice. The book examines how policing, though often associated with authority and force, can reflect divine values of integrity, service, and moral responsibility. Drawing parallels between biblical soldiers and modern police officers, the author highlights the vital role of faith in shaping ethical policing and public trust. By integrating Christian values into police service, the work envisions a model of authority rooted in discipline, humility, and love for humanity.
