Damawale is presently working as Librarian (College of Journalism and Mass Communication) and Assistant Professor (Department of Library and Information Science) MGM University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra State, India. He has held the position of BOS of MGM University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in the subject of Library and Information Science. He has 08 years of experience in his field. He holds M.A., MLISc, M.Phil, SET & Ph.D. He has pursuing 04 Ph. D scholars. He is Editorial Board member of Various National and International Journals Published from India. He has published 34 papers in International and National conferences, Web of Science; UGC Care listed and refereed journals. He has organized International and national seminars, and workshops on various Field of in library & Information science. Mr. Ganesh D. Sagre has over 14 years of experience in the field of Library and Information Science. He has currently working as a Librarian in MGM University, Institute of Management and Research, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, M.S. He is qualifying UGC-NET, M. Phil and pursuing PhD. He has published a number of research papers in National and International Journals and contributed chapters in edited books. He has also published articles/papers and has presented/delivered over +30 papers/talks in various National and International conferences etc. He is life member of BOSLA, Mumbai.
