About the Editors Dr. Saranya Sundarraju, a senior psychologist and a mental wellness expert in SASTRA DEEMED UNIVERSITY is also a social worker, recipient of ICSSR Post Doctoral fellowship (2022-2024) at Jawaharlal Nehru University under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Sigamani Panneer. Dr. S. Visalakshmi is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator in the field of Management, currently serving with the Department of Management at the Central University of Tamil Nadu. Dr. C. Vijayalakshmi is presently working as Professor and Head in the Department of Statistics and Applied Mathematics, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur. The teaching milestone records the successful completion of 25 years of service in various academic institutions and 2 years in industry.
