Biography

Dr. Sandhya Suswaram is an IIM Lucknow Executive alumna, UNESCO (OE4BW) Mentor, Designate Expert Committee Pool member of AICTE, New Delhi, and AIMA-accredited Management Teacher, she is a double Post-Doctoral Fellow specializing in AI in HR Sustainability and Neuro Management, currently pursuing her third Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Cognitive Management. With over 25 years of experience across Leadership, Management Education, Research, Consulting, Training and Counseling, she has served the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), an autonomous body of RBI, Government of India, and several reputed higher-education institutions. A distinguished academic leader and international speaker, has presented research and delivered keynote addresses across all five continents. Her expertise spans AI in HR Sustainability, Advanced HR Analytics, Neuro Management, Leadership and Decision Dynamics, Organizational Neuroscience, and Cognitive Management. She currently serves as Professor & Academic Head, School of Management, with concurrent academic responsibilities in the School of Architecture, Planning & Design. She also holds visiting, honorary and advisory positions with institutions across Kenya, Peru, Colombia and India, and has contributed to NBA, IQAC and NAAC accreditation and institutional quality-assurance initiatives.
