He completed his PhD & M.Phil from the Centre for Diaspora Studies at the Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar (Gujarat), India on Diasporic Communication. Dr. Naresh Kumar Gautam is working as Assistant Professor of the Social Work Department in the Faculty of social sciences at Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Dr. Manish Vermma is working as the Dean, Faculty of Arts & Professor & Head of the Department of English at Shri Rawatpura Sarkar University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He is a published author of the book The Wholeness of Being (2023) available on Amazon and has also co-edited Transgender, Society and Media (2023).
