About the Editors Dr. K. Sathyamurthi, PhD., Head of the Department of Social Work at MSSW, has 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and training in Social Work. Dr. Damen Queen is a Women by privilege, Social Worker by Choice, Teacher by Profession, Counsellor by Passion and Successor by default. P. Jesuin John Bose has 19 years of work experience both as a practitioner and academician. Currently he works at Madras School of Social Work as a Program Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, MSW in Disability and Empowerment (Shift –II). Dr. A Thirumagal Rajam is a researcher and expert in Social Work. She obtained her doctoral degree from Tamil University in 2009 and has since held various academic positions at esteemed institutions.
