About the Editors Dr. Jobi Babu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, Marian College Kuttikkanam Autonomous, Kerala. He has more than a decade of teaching experience in Social Work. He is a postgraduate in Social Work, Sociology and Public Administration. He has authored 12 books and more than 70 articles published in reputed journals and edited books. Dr. Justin P. J. is an Assistant Professor and Head of the Department at the School of Social Work, Marian College Kuttikkanam Autonomous, Kerala. His areas of expertise include mental health, community development, and qualitative research. Mr. Visakh K Mohan is working as an Assistant Professor and Coordinator (BSW SF programme) in the School of Social Work at Marian College Kuttikkanam Autonomous, Kerala. He has many years of professional experience as an educator and in managing the learning process in both online and offline modes. Dr. Smijo Sebastian is a social work academician, mental health practitioner and development professional with over 15 years of experience in the fields of psychosocial care, and community-based interventions. Fr. Stephin Jacob is a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the School of Social Work, Marian College Kuttikkanam Autonomous, Kerala.
